DescriptionHow do we ensure that we understand what patients are saying and they understand us?
Additional information

This workshop tackles that problem. The day looks at many of the non verbal and verbal elements which make up good communication. It moves beyond the usual fact based presentation and brings communication skills alive. There is no role play but there is a fascinating insight into what human beings do to get their message across.
