Aims | - To be updated on the Faculty Guidance on record keeping 2016
- Discussion of cases from the week in Practice
- To discuss early FD practice issues such as NICE guidelines, NHS complaints procedure and some challenges with gaining anaesthesia.

Learning outcomes | - By the end of the session FD's will be fully aware of the Faculty Record Keeping guidance and how to apply this
- FD's will be sharing knowledge and ideas of cases, with a view to applying this in practice
- FD's will revise and be able to apply NICE guidance, be able to follow the NHS complaints process if needed and will gain some insight into different methods of LA to overcome challenges around local anaesthesia
