  • To increase FD's awareness of primary care aspects of children's dentistry
Objectives
  • To increase awareness of the treatment of trauma often seen in primary care
  • To develop an understanding of when and how to treat deciduous teeth in primary care
  • Review of commonly used restorative materials used in paedodontics
  • To appreciate orthodontic implications in primary care paedodontics
Learning outcomes
  • FD's will be able to confidently treat commonly encountered trauma cases
  • FD's will be able to compare the different restorative materials for use
