DescriptionHow do we ensure that we understand what patients are saying and they understand us?
Additional information

This workshop tackles that problem. The day looks at many of the non-verbal and verbal elements which make up good communication. It moves beyond the usual fact based presentation and brings communication skills alive. There is no role-play but there is a fascinating insight into what human beings do to get their message across.
