Aims | The Role of Leadership in driving Care Improvements The aims of this programme are to: - Introduce the principles for the CQC’s ‘Next Phase’ of dental inspections
- Explain the new emphasis on sustainability and action planning
- Outline practical ways to embedded ongoing quality to reach outstanding quality outcomes
Reflection. Learning and Enhanced CPD To raise awareness of the importance of reflective practice with enhanced CPD for members of the dental team Best Practice Recruitment, Interview and Induction Techniques - To consider dental recruitment scenarios and situations, so to equip Practice Managers with improved knowledge, skill and confidence relating to recruitment interview questioning and induction processes.
- To provide additional tools to compliment and further develop current practice
