Each invited practice are asked to nominate one General Dental Practitioner and one Therapist (Dental Nurses can register to attend, places will be allocated dependant on capacity)

To provide a brief update for paediatric dental care delivery for Advanced Child Care Dental Practices (ACCDP)

Objectives
  • Examine the epidemiology of children’s oral health within Cheshire and Merseyside
  • Consider the role of silver diamine fluoride and Hall crowns within paediatric dentistry
  • Recognise common behavioural techniques used to manage paediatric patients
  • Identify the key components of the “Delivering Better Oral Health” document
  • Observe the basic paediatric treatment planning considerations
