To increase delegates awareness of their individual personality types & its effect in the workplace.
To enable delegates to communicate effectively.
To increase delegates awareness and understanding of Conflict Resolution techniques.

Objectives

To establish delegates individual personality type using Keirsey Temperament Sorter.
Demonstrate differences between the 4 main types.
Show how your innate type affects communication with both patients & their colleagues.
To explain the value of assertiveness & help delegates develop their interpersonal skills & appropriate boundaries.
To develop skills for dealing with Conflict Resolution
