  • To increase delegates awareness of their individual personality types and its effect in the workplace
  • To enable delegates to communicate more effectively
Objectives
  • To establish delegates individual personality type using the Keirsey temperament sorter
  • Demonstrate differences between the 4 main types
  • Show how your innate type affects communication with both patients and colleagues
  • To explain the value of assertiveness, and help delegates develop their interpersonal skills and appropiate boundaries
