| Aims | - To enable dentists and DCP Champions to improve their ability to facilitate peer review groups

| Objectives | - Discuss, with dental colleagues, their experiences of working in groups and analyse what makes a good group facilitator
- Reflect on the purpose and value of group work
- Identify strategies facilitators can use to ensure groups work smoothly and all members of the group are valued and their voices are heard
- Practice and gain feedback on their management of challenging group situations
- Discuss how to collect suggestions and ideas arising from small groups and feed it back concisely to the larger group or others, without changing its essence
