To provide an overview of the Foundation Dentist’s current professional responsibilities to colleagues and patients.

To provide an overview of avoiding and handling complaints.

An overview of the GDC regulatory process.

An overview of the dental negligence claims process.

Delegates will be able to describe the importance of good record keeping and communications in avoiding regulatory challenge and litigation

To discuss the importance of:

Appropriate case selection and treatment through case scenarios and discussions
