  • To highlight and practise key communication skills in a simulated setting following a patient's journey.
Objectives
  • To work in small groups with an actor and facilitator to simulate and reflect on a difficult real life clinical scenarios
  • To practise using specific communication skills to achieve a positive outcome
  • To give and receive focused and constructive feedback from colleagues

Learning Outcomes:

Being aware of key skills for clinical communication when interacting with patients and colleagues

To participate in a simulated consultation; to observe and give and receive feedback from colleagues
