Aims | To give an overview of the process of publishing in (dental) literature. |
Objectives | To explain the importance of publishing for dental careers. To give a background as to where dental publishing stands in the wider scientific literature. To describe the different types of relevant publications. To outline the process of writing a (dental) scientific paper. with an emphasis on those types of paper that will more likely be produced by a DCT. |
Learning outcomes | At the end of a seminar, the DCT should have a good idea as to how to go about getting themselves published in the medical/dental literature. |
