This course will provide 5 hours of eCPD. Due to current COVID guidelines the theory section of this course will now be taught online via a 2 hour webinar - Tuesday 14th September 2021-  6pm - 8pm. Failure to attend the webinar will result in you not being able to attend the 3 hour hands on clinical skills section of the course.

Aims

To become familiar with nickel titanium instrumentation for preparation of root canal spaces.

Objectives
  • Revisit the fundamentals of biomechanical preparation of root canals
  • Learn techniques which will allow efficient and straightforward instrumentation
  • Clarify how to reduce errors which may commonly be encountered.

Following the session you should :

  • Have a clear understanding of clinical case selection
  • Have a clear understanding of instrumentation techniques that can be employed in preparation of root canals 
  • Be able to provide safe and efficient endodontic treatment for cases appropriate to your skill level.
