  • To improve knowledge and understanding of the Regulations that apply when working in NHS dental care.
  • To explain some of the common challenges that practitioners have faced in NHS practice.
Objectives
  • To improve practitioners understanding of the NHS Regulations and ensure care is being provided that is in accordance with the relevant legislation.
  • To ensure practitioners understand how NHS care is monitored and what is expected in terms of providing NHS care.
Learning outcomes
  • Practitioners will have a better understanding of the NHS Regulations and how to interpret them.
  • Practitioners will be in a better position to ensure care is being provided that is in accordance with the relevant legislation and in their patients interests.
