  • To understand the important role of communicating with the laboratory.
  • What the problems are for the laboratory/common errors made by the dentist in preparation and impression taking and how to improve on this
Objectives
  • FDs will understand the problems experienced by the laboratory in processing work
  • Will recognise common errors made by the dentist in terms of preparation
  • Will be able to use new methods to improve techniques in crown and bridge and denture work
