DescriptionThis training day explores communication skills which have an impact on staff and patient relationships.
Additional information

We will be looking at listening skills (and the importance of listening over and above hearing), body language and how it can support or undermine one’s interactions with others, the importance of vocal tone, how and why things go wrong, how to manage difficult situations, feedback and a better understanding of the needs and concerns of others. The session is structured to be fun, engaging and different from other “traditional” types of training. There is no role play!
