Objectives

The session will feature an interactive discussion investigating the schemes understanding of these words with an open debate on case studies and example of erroneous claiming including GDC cases.

Learning outcomes

FDs/GDPs will understand their responsibility for accurate claiming. They will learn the important definitions within the regulations and how these are interpreted. They will appreciate the need for accurate and full contemporaneous clinical records.
