Aims

To increase awareness of the importance of Resilience and the roles played by Emotional Intelligence and Assertiveness and to be aware of techniques to use in all three areas.

Objectives
  • Introduce delegates to the concept of Resilience; how to develop it, and to provide resources for ongoing study.
  • Explore what Emotional Intelligence is, why it’s important and learn strategies to help develop it.
  • Explore Assertiveness and why it can help develop Resilience
