  • To increase delegates awareness of their individual Personality Types and its effect in the Workplace.
  • To enable delegates to communicate more effectively.
Objectives
  • To establish delegates individual Personality Type using the Keirsey Temperament Sorter
  • Demonstrate differences between the 4 main Types
  • Show how your innate Type affects communication with both patients and colleagues
  • To explain the value of Assertiveness, and help delegates develop their interpersonal skills and appropriate boundaries
