Aims

To give an update on current issues supporting the role of the Dental TPD/ES and the expectations of the TPD/ES supporting Dental Specialty Trainees within Health Education England North West

Objectives

At the end of the session the audience will:

  • Have an understanding of their role as TPD/ES
  • Demonstrate knowledge of supporting documents required for Specialty Training
  • Recognise the role of the COPDEND standards and the role of the TPD/ES in maintaining their educational competencies
  • Apraise the Health & Wellbeing of your trainees and your team using appropriate skills and resources within HEENW and the Trust
