To aid primary dental care teams in providing dental services for paediatric patients

Objectives
  •  Select minimally invasive oral healthcare for the paediatric patient
  •  Identify indications of the Hall Technique and where it may be considered best practice
  •  Select the Hall Technique as an effective way of managing decay in a primary molar· Develop their confidence and understanding of SDF   applications in primary care
  •  Review resources and evidence based information on SDF
  •  Describe the Child Friendly Dental Practice programme and relate this to shared care and new opportunities of treating children in practice
Learning outcomes

The primary dental care team will be able to adopt evidence based paediatric dentistry within their practice.
