Aims | To provide the opportunity to try hands on canal shaping with modern endodontic instruments. To demonstrate evidence based protocols for irrigation and a coronal seal. | ||
Objectives | Increase awareness of good endodontic access. Be familiar with different canal shaping techniques. Understand the reciprocation in canal shaping. Appreciate a recommended irrigation protocol. Be familiar with various obturation techniques. | ||
Learning outcomes | The participant will: be aware of the importance of good access. Be familiar with reciprocation used in canal shaping. Be familiar with evidence based irrigation protocol. Be able to apply the use of warm obturation techniques in their clinical practice. Appreciate the importance of a satisfactory coronal seal. | ||
