Aims

To enhance the skills of the delegates in recognising problems associated with dentures, and how to go about construction of successful dentures.

Objectives

Delegates will be encouraged to discuss problem cases they have encountered, hands on demonstrations will be used to demonstrate the different aspects of denture manufacture.

Learning outcomes

Delegates will be able to assess a patient on initial encounter. Assess likely problems with their cases, and detail a strategy to overcome these difficulties.

During the course delegates will be required to complete written tasks to demonstrate understanding and recognition of the items and methods demonstrated.
