PLVE - VED Application Fee (NWPLVE211231VED)

FINANCE COSTS

STAGE 1

A charge of £200 each application is payable before PLVE application forms are sent out to the Validation by Experience Dentist (VED) and Validation Supervisor (VS).

Please note any change in VED or VS will incur a further charge of £200 per substitution.

STAGE 2

Once applications for both VED and VS have been approved by the Training Programme Director (TPD) for PLVE, and completed Educational Agreements and the Contractual Hours Agreement have been received by HEENW, the second payment due to HEENW can be calculated. On receipt of payment the practice visit (if appropriate) can be arranged.
