Dear IMT doctors,

We are looking forward to teaching you about QI - there are some essential things you will need for the session.

There are 2 attached documents - both will be required for the session.

The two documents are:

1.) IMT QI webinar handouts - a workbook to take you through planning your QI project as we move through the session

2.) QI webinar pack - all slides need to be printed; it is essential slide 4 (the graph) is printed out, you also need 4 coins of varying size.
