Training sessions will be facilitated by the St Luke’s superhub team from a hub centre at St Luke’s.

Participants will be able to join all of the sessions online using a computer, tablet or phone and support with the technology will be available every step of the way.

All the sessions’ materials and resources will be sent to participants after each session.

Aims

Normalise trainees experiences and provide awareness of self in stressful environments

· Acknowledgment regarding Emotional complexity of delivery of care during an health crisis

· Acknowledgment of what you think and feel

· Personal Symptom awareness

· Understanding emotional burden

- Understanding fear, guilt and shame

Objectives

1. Managing COVID patients – Increased Death Ratio, Manner of deaths , complexity of patients and deaths

2. Coping mechanisms in loss of support network (loss of family and friends and de-stressing activities)

3. Managing Competency Guilt – Cant deliver the care to the normal standards

4. Acknowledgment of change of work environment - Stress levels, PPE (physiological effects), Health Anxiety
