Additional information | Training sessions will be facilitated by the St Luke’s superhub team from a hub centre at St Luke’s. Participants will be able to join all of the sessions online using a computer, tablet or phone and support with the technology will be available every step of the way. All the sessions’ materials and resources will be sent to participants after each session. |

Objectives | 1. Managing COVID patients – Increased Death Ratio, Manner of deaths , complexity of patients and deaths 2. Coping mechanisms in loss of support network (loss of family and friends and de-stressing activities) 3. Managing Competency Guilt – Cant deliver the care to the normal standards 4. Acknowledgment of change of work environment - Stress levels, PPE (physiological effects), Health Anxiety |
