DescriptionRecognition of the dying patient; Managing conditions with limited reversibility, as well as the acutely admitted dying patient; managing palliative issues related to specific medical conditions including dementia and neurological diseases (such as Parkinson’s, motor neurone disease)
Additional information

Training sessions will be facilitated by the St Luke’s superhub team  from a hub centre at St Luke’s. 

Participants will be able to join all of the sessions online using a computer, tablet or phone and support with the technology will be available every step of the way.

All the sessions’ materials and resources will be sent to participants after each session.
