| Description | Recognition of the dying patient; Managing conditions with limited reversibility, as well as the acutely admitted dying patient; managing palliative issues related to specific medical conditions including dementia and neurological diseases (such as Parkinson’s, motor neurone disease) |
| Additional information | Training sessions will be facilitated by the St Luke’s superhub team from a hub centre at St Luke’s. Participants will be able to join all of the sessions online using a computer, tablet or phone and support with the technology will be available every step of the way. All the sessions’ materials and resources will be sent to participants after each session. |
