This new and innovative qualification is aimed at dental nurses wishing to develop their careers. It is delivered through Leeds Dental Institute. The curriculum covers many of the extended duties for dental nurses and all aspects of health improvement, behaviour change, carrying out elements of NHS health checks, nutrition and dietary practice, oral health education and promotion.
