| Lecturer profile | Katherine qualified from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in 2010 and spent her early career within the North-East in a VT practice in Gateshead, the community dental service in South Tyneside and County Durham and Darlington and as an SHO in oral and maxillo-facial surgery at Sunderland Royal Hospital and the Royal Victoria Infirmary, Newcastle. She took the opportunity to move to Yorkshire in 2013 to a DCT position in paediatrics and special care dentistry within West and North Yorkshire and started her specialty training in special care dentistry in August 2014 within Hull and East Yorkshire. She is a postgraduate member of the BDA CDS Committee. |
