SubjectTraining trainers
DescriptionThis highly interactive, and engaging webinar will focus on the development of educational and clinical supervisors. Learning and discussion will take place by focusing on guidance on how to understand the trainee of today and the challenges that some trainees bring. The learning will be based on developing the trainee to reflect and move from being dependent to interdependent and ultimately being capable of making sound decisions. Having insight into their own behaviour to become confident and competent is an important aspect of trainee development and the model of situational leadership will be reviewed and applied as part of the programme.
Additional information

As an advanced webinar, it is expected that supervisors will have attended the mandatory supervisory course previously.

Module B is scheduled for 16 February 2027.  You do not need to complete Module B - these are standalone courses.
