Lecturer profileEdmund has more than 30 years experience at clinical, operational and strategic levels in the Health Service and other public sector organisations, across England, Scotland and Ireland. He has a proven track record in developing the skills, confidence and emotional competence of managers and senior clinicians, and developing positive team dynamics that enables them to work effectively in a complex and challenging environment He currently runs a Management Course for Specialist Registrars for the Yorkshire and the Humber Deanery which is consistently positively evaluated. He also runs a range of courses for Trainee GPs and GP trainers.

Lecturer profileBrian has been developing, supporting and delivering Children’s Services over the last 30 years as a practitioner, manager, trainer and commissioner. For the last twelve years he has been more widely involved in organisational and leadership development work across the private, public and voluntary sectors. This work has included large scale organisational change and individual coaching programmes.
Lawson Thinking delivers a comprehensive range of services to support agile service and system redesign, complex change and transition and work with conflict risk and resilience as well as strategic leadership and management. He teaches on leadership programmes at Sheffield Hallam and Sheffield University as well as at the University of Northampton
