Ahmad qualified from Bristol Dental Hospital in 2008 and has taken big steps to enhance his career and cement himself as one of the main Cosmetic dentists in the Southwest. He strongly believes in providing the highest standard of care in as gentle a way as possible. His interests in dentistry go beyond the traditional and embrace Whitening, Implants, Orthodontics and Cosmetics in general.
He has won numerous awards including the Dentistry Awards Best young Dentist 2015 and was voted amongst Private Dentistry magazines top Elite 20 dentists on a national level. Ahmad has more recently been one of the cosmetic dental experts on Sky TV’s MyFaceMyBody.

His dedication to the constant improvement of his skills have seen him complete the prestigious Advanced Dental Seminars one-year course with Dr Chris Orr in London, as well as learning more advanced treatment for modern conservative techniques through numerous other courses throughout the UK and abroad in Lisbon and the USA.

He also lectures extensively on the topics of Whitening, Minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry and Soft tissue laser dentistry both in the UK and abroad.

A respected writer, he has contributed many articles to dental publications and the national press, most notably being featured in both the Times and the Sunday Mirror in 2015 and was on the committee for the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

He is currently the practice principal and director of Black Swan Dental Spa and the chairman and founding member of the BDA Young Dentist Committee South West.

Currently an Academic Clinical Lecturer at the University of Bristol and Post-CST trainee at Royal United Hospital, Bath completing a PhD in Medical Education, focusing on the assessment of self-reflection within clinical undergraduates within the Faculties of Medicine, Oral Health and Science and Veterinary Medicine. I completed my Membership in Orthodontics examination with the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh in June 2014 and defended my dissertation “Factors affecting the outcome of orthodontic treatment within the adolescent patient” for the DDS examination in September 2014.I was a partner in a general dental practice for 20 years and a Foundation Trainer for 9 years.
