After 15 years of running is own laboratory he now also has a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) majoring in marketing, innovation and creativity. Mark is also a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Master Practitioner of Hypnosis which further assists him in the skilful art of marketing communication. He now works with a select handful UK dental practices developing their online marketing, website conversions and social media marketing helping them to attract patients in to their practice.

Aims

To help delegates spread the word to the general public about the importance of a daily oral health care routine and visiting the dentist regularly.

To help delegates inform, educate and stimulate potential patients to take action to solve their dental problems.

Objectives

By the end of the course delegates should:

1. Know how to improve your overall marketing effectiveness in everything they do.

2. Be clear about why Social Media & Online Marketing is so powerful, and know how they can harness that power for the good of the patient.

3. Be able to monitor what is being said about them and their practice & deal with negative comments/feedback.

4. Know how to setup and manage a Facebook & Twitter business account.

5. Understand the ethical and legal requirements for being active on social media.

6. Be able to ensure their dental practices comply with the legal and ethical requirements.

7. Be able to ensure their dental practices have set up social media and online marketing channels that are effective and efficient.

Learning outcomes

To ensure the maximum number of local people are assisted with their dental health
