Description‘Bringing Patient and Product Together’ This workshop gives you the tools to answer a patient’s question “What do I get out of paying more for an alternative treatment?” By tapping into a patient’s values we can help them get what they ‘want’ as well as what they need. People will pay for things they want (less so for what they ‘need') if they know what they are getting and what it will do for them - informed consent. In this workshop you will find out how people tick; what things help them decide one way or another; what motivates them and how to present information in a way that makes some of the more expensive treatments appeal to patients.
