| Lecturer profile | Raj Rattan’s portfolio career includes over 30 years’ clinical experience in general dental practice. He was until recently a practice owner and was previously Strategic Associate Dean for foundation training at the London Deanery before taking up his position as Dental Director at Dental Protection in 2016.
He has provided consultancy services to public and private sector organisations including the NHS, Denplan, dental corporates and the Department of Health where he has served as a Policy Adviser and is the author/co-author of a number of textbooks including a recent text on Dental Law and Ethics. He has lectured extensively throughout the UK and internationally.
Outside dentistry, Raj is a keen magician and has been a member of the Magic Circle for over 25 year.
