Description | This a 2 day course on Tuesday 9th and Wednesday 10th January on Basic Neurosurgical Approaches. The practical sessions are operating on thiel embalmed cadavers. Surgical procedures -Craniotomy and Posterior spinal decompression and fusion. Specialist equipment is provided by Stryker for the 2 days | ||||
Additional information | Additional specialised instrumentation provided by Stryker. · The course is free for Yorkshire and Humber regional trainees. Priority will be given to regional trainees. · Please read the dissecting room regulations before attending the course. · Surgical gowns, over shoes, facemasks and gloves are provided for the lab. If you wish to wear theatre blues please bring your own and return to your theatres.
