DescriptionCore Surgery Trainees’ Day. Featuring talks and lectures in the morning covering clinical and non-clinical topics, and oral presentations from trainees in the afternoon about their clinical audit/research/service evaluation projects. The best oral presentation on the day will be awarded the Templeton Cup Prize on the Yorkshire Core Surgical Trainees Day and there will be prizes for 2 runners up. All presenters will receive a letter/certificate of acknowledgement.

Trainees are invited to give an oral presentation about their clinical audit/research/service evaluation projects as part of the day. To register your interest in delivering a presentation, please see the attached oral abstract submission guidance and submit your abstract by Friday 1st April to m.ho@leeds.ac.uk.

Please ensure that study leave applications are submitted at least 8 weeks before Trainees’ Day. Attendance at Trainees' Day is mandatory for Core Surgery trainees.
