Aims | To allow trainees to gain knowledge, skills and hands-on experience in complex breast surgical procedures | ||||
Objectives | - Gain knowledge from experienced faculty through short talks and interaction during simulated procedures - Gain familiarity with less common procedures - exposure to plastic surgical autologous flaps (for general trainees) and to complex conservation techniques (for plastic trainees) - Hands on exposure to implants that trainees will rarely get prior to final years of training | ||||
