Objectives | Trust Induction: The structure and landscape of the Trust Knowledge of Trust-wide policies and how/where to find them Expected conduct of the trainee by the Trust Contractual commitments of the trainee to the Trust Mandatory training Structure of support and escalation pathways to raise concerns regarding training and patient care Instruction/training in all IT facilities to be used by the trainee Guidance on Annual/Study/Sickness Leave policies and protocols Specialty/Departmental Induction Welcome Department introduction Name of Educational Supervisor and Training Programme Director Geographical bearings/department/wards/units Timetable/Rota/Shift systems Introduction and essential information from all units/specialties encountered within training programme.
