Aims

To facilitate networking of senior dental stakeholders across Y&H, help colleagues understand each other's role and develop a co-ordinated vision for training and services within dentistry. 

Objectives

1. To network and credentialise attendees with other senior dental stakeholders.

2. To explore each other’s personal leadership challenges.

3. To develop a co-ordinated regional workforce plan integrating training and service delivery.

Learning outcomes

On completion of this course learners will be able to:

1. Clarify their own personal leadership challenges.

2. Identify appropriate contacts to develop services and training across Yorkshire and the Humber.

3. Develop a supportive, self-sustaining community of practice.
