Lecturer profileAfter graduating from Leeds in 1981 I worked in NHS practice, first as an associate, then later as a principal until 2014. I have been involved with Foundation training since 1996 starting as a trainer then later as a Training Programme Director for the various schemes in Yorkshire. Currently I am Associate Postgraduate Dental Dean for Dental Foundation Training in Health Education England working across Yorkshire and the Humber. I volunteer with Dentaid and have worked with a team setting up a charity surgery in Pakistan and more recently with projects in the UK for those unable to access NHS dentistry.

Lecturer profileA general dental practitioner with 14 years’ experience in mixed NHS and private dental practices. Fleur has an active interest in the provision of high quality, evidence-based clinical education for pre- and post-qualification dental healthcare professionals. Fleur is also the Training Programme Director for Foundation Dentistry (York Scheme), a Postgraduate Dental Tutor (HEEM).
