He has worked as a Lecturer to undergraduate and postgraduate dentists and has organised and taught on courses in Oral Surgery, Implants, Patient anxiety around the World. Over 1,000 people have been trained on his live courses. He is also involved in the running of VT equivalence courses in the UK.

He also received a medal from the Royal Society of Medicine for outstanding research. He still maintains visiting lectureships Worldwide. Robert developed and is the Director of Pro Dental CPD the largest provider of online dental CPD in the UK.
