DescriptionHEE Y&H would like to establish effective peer review networks throughout Yorkshire & Humber. Dental practice managers working in independent organisations will be encouraged to develop such networks using this first theme around staff development appraisals. Attendance is required at all 3 webinars which are approximately 1 month apart.

Appraisers will be required to undertake independent research and conduct a minimum of 1 development appraisal before second date and minimum of 3 appraisals before final date.

The aim of this peer review series relating to staff appraisals is to support dental practice managers develop their own individualized and effective appraisal systems which meet organisational and legislative requirements.

Peers will feedback and learn from each other whilst developing and creating a supportive network that can be continued after the series has completed.
