Practice Managers will be required to undertake independent research into a difficult situation in a relevant context before the final date when peer support and learning will be encouraged. | ||

Aims | The aim of this second peer review series is: To enhance interpersonal communication when handling ‘tricky situations’ in order to arrive at an agreed resolution Peers will feedback and learn from each other whilst continuing with the supportive network that has been established. | ||
Objectives | Recognise behaviours perceived as being difficult and reflect on the impact Examine how to manage a tricky situation by reframing through positive intention Establish how to conclude the interaction through the use of empowering feedback | ||
