Aims

To plan a of minor oral surgical procedure with your Trainer and undertake this

under supervision.

Objectives

To make a list of the surgical equipment that you currently have in the practice

and assess if this is adequate.

To understand the process of planning M.O.S.

To select an appropriate case and present this to your Trainer including records/

rads/ photographs were possible.

To plan the M.O.S with your Trainer and make the appropriate appointment.

To be able to assess the risk.

To be able to carry out the procedure under supervision

To be able to provide post operative advice and plan follow up appointments

where necessary.
