DescriptionAt a time of challenge records can provide the clinician with a good defence, or a poor defence. Sometimes the difference in content can be small, but significant. Record keeping is not about volume, but about quality. Knowing what to include and why is the key. Sharing her years of experience in helping dentists who have run into trouble, Sue outlines the essential dos and don’ts of record keeping and includes what’s required in relation to Covid 19
