Aims

To develop stronger skills in clinical record keeping.

Objectives
  • To discuss the issues arising from the move to more remote consultations in dentistry;
  • To examine the record keeping issues which may arise from the increased use of telephone and video appointments;
  • To explore how practitioners can maintain acceptable record keeping standards while adapting to a new way of working.
