The purpose of the day is to give you an opportunity to reflect on, refine and hone your skills, in relation to feedback and reflective practice. As a dental trainee the content of the workshop will have direct relevance to your practice.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the day participants should be able to:

Evaluate the challenges and opportunities of reflective practice.

Reflect on their experience of receiving feedback

Explore the role of feedback in reflective practice

Appraise how reflective practice might be integrated into clinical practice.
