Aims

The purpose of the day is to give you an opportunity to reflect on, refine and hone your supervision skills, to enable you to support your trainees better, with a particular focus on ‘courageous conversation’. As an Educational Supervisor or Training Programme Director the content of the workshops will have direct relevance to your practice.

Evaluate the role of feedback in reflective practice
