1. Who you are and how you see your role.

2. A stakeholder map of key contacts.

3. A summary of their key challenges, goals and personal leadership challenges.

4. How they think they can add value/help other stakeholders.

5. How they will know that they have been successful in their role.

Aims

To facilitate networking of senior dental stakeholders across Y&H, help newly appointed colleagues understand their role and develop a co-ordinated vision for dentistry.

Objectives

1. To network and credentialise attendees with other senior dental stakeholders.

2. To explore each other’s personal leadership challenges.

3. To build partnership for positive change across Y&H.

Learning outcomes

On completion of this course learners will be able to:

1. Clarify their own personal leadership challenges.

2. Identify the most appropriate contacts to assist with on projects.

3. Develop a supportive, self-sustaining community of practice.
